dude! take my advice and have zero dealings with 3 and definately don%26#039;t sign up to any contract with them. their whole set up is apalling!!! and what do you mean you have a non existent credit rating, do you mean you have a bad credit rating?
Does the network 3 offer contract phones to people who have a non-existant credit rating?
