Hi Robert,

You have unknowingly signed up for a credit monitoring service through Experian. The people at freecreditreport.com get an astounding number of %26quot;customers%26quot; for their near worthless service the way they got you.

Here%26#039;s what you need to do:

1. Call the number HCCLIB gave and cancel the service: 877-481-6825. Tell them you didn%26#039;t realize that you we%26#039;re signing up for credit monitoring and you want your money back. If they refuse to give you your money back (and chances are they will) go to step 2.

2. Call your credit card company and dispute the charges. You have 60 days to dispute each charge. If you are within the 60 days, you will get your money back.

3. File a complaint with the FTC. This is so important. Experian has already been successfully sued once; the Florida Attorney General has recently filed another lawsuit. Make sure you let the authorities know that you have been ripped off by the folks at freecreditreport.com.

The link to the FTC complaint form is: https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.start...

In the future, when you want a free credit report with no strings attached, go to the official, government mandated site: http://www.annualcreditreport.com.
